My overall opinion on this detox pill was that it worked very good. As soon as you hear colon cleanse I know I think of horrible things however this was a very easy process so stomach cramps or anything like that. It would work perfect for those who are constipated or even have other stomach issues. I did follow the directions and drink a ton of water with them to help flush the toxins out.
