Magnesium Citrate is a great supplement which comes in powder form. This can easily be mixed with juice or water. I took tbis once a day as directed using a 1/2 teaspoon in 6 oz of juice. I did not taste the powder at all and may eventually try it in water to see if there is any taste to it. I always have trouble sleeping so I figured I may as well give it a try and after 2 weeks I can notice a little bit of a difference in my sleep patterns.
