I first used this around my neck area since I was experiencing discomfort, I played with the selections and there is one option for shoulders that I used. After the 15 minutes It felt better but I noticed a complete difference the next day I had no pain there!! As far as my lower back where the discs have issues this felt great it stimulated the area and of course did not take all the pain away but made it more tolerable. I have included this in my daily routine now it really does work. My husband tried this out too and he said it was great for a massage too.
